We started the month off celebrating Anders' birthday with his class at school!

It was a beautiful Saturday. We had 2 picnics in ONE day!!

And we got to see Zootopia at the big movies!

KK and Teagy did so good in their Spring performance this year!

I celebrated my birthday lunch with lots of people!

And did a little painting during naptime.

Birthday night out! Supper at Rock N Roll Sushi and then on to Dirt Cheap!

Easter at Eric and Ish's house

We ate supper with Bryan, Weezie, Baby Joe, Boop Boop and Mr. John at Bob's Victory Grill.

Spring Break started Monday! There's another blog post on this week.

Baby A loves his little sister so much! He's so sweet with her.

Dentist Day! The boys LOVE going to the dentist! They did so well today with everything. And NO CAVITIES!

Jaden had his first real season game tonight! He caught a ball in the air and made several assists for outs. He also hit the ball so good and made it home almost every time he was up to bat!

Cora loves her some corn!

MeMaw, D-Daddy, Mimi, Pops, Nana and Papa joe were all there to watch him!

Then the most terrible thing happened! Jaden took a line drive all straight to the mouth. This was the Facebook post I posted about tonight.

I got in the bed around midnight. At 3:00 I woke up overwhelmed with emotion. What a night. Jaden had the most traumatic night of baseball in our lives. All I can do is thank God for the wonderful people who were around us during that time. Coaches and teammates on the field praying for our little boy. Parents in the concession stand preparing a bag of ice. Parents going above and beyond to help us get to an oral surgeon at 9:00 at night. Parents and grandparents holding my other two babies close because I couldn't think straight. Parents getting out blankets, chairs, bags, wagon and toys together so I didn't have to worry about anything but getting my baby the help that he needed. Grandparents going with us to the doctor to comfort Jaden because I had to step out of the room. A coach that stopped by to check on Jaden and give him the game ball! A doctor who took his personal time to take care of Jaden. Grandparents that took Anders and Cora home and gave them a bath and got them ready for bed. A husband who had a positive attitude the whole time. And all of the loving phone calls and texts we received from people at home that were praying for us.

It honestly takes a village to raise a family, and I am truly thankful for each person who played a part in our lives tonight.

(Jaden had to have a tooth pulled. Thankfully no stitches were needed for his lip. The mask he was wearing cracked from the force of the ball. If he would not have been wearing it or it was on wrong, it could have been so much worse.)

We were so thankful for God's protection tonight!

This van is so awesome though. I mean seriously. Automatic doors, a microphone to talk to kids in the back seat, sensors, navigation, touch screen display. Just why can't they make a van look cooler from the outside?! I do love it though!!
