We started November off by seeing Disney on Ice in Birmingham! The boys LOVED it, and Cora slept through almost the whole show. We had a great time!
My morning helper!
Momma, the kids and I went to Nana Fagan's house for a night. We had such a fun time. I always loved gong to Nana Fagan's house. It was sad without her there, but we had a good time.
The boys had a ball playing in her front yard and taking walks.
Monkey see, monkey do
The fire was a sweet surprise. Nana Fagan had it all set and ready for the first fire of the season. There was a layer of newspaper, kindling and then 2 logs. It was bittersweet to light it. I'm glad Momma was the one to be able to start it.
Tuesday we woke up early and sat in her little rocking chair in front of the heater and looked out the window. That's always where Nana Fagan was when we'd wake up.
After breakfast, we played outside until lunch and then headed home. Jaden got beggar lice all over him, for the first time. Those things took forever to get off!
Wednesday we stopped by Charlie and Sam's house! They're always fun to visit with!
After school, Jaden made white chocolate covered pretzel sticks! He was actually really good at making them!
Then we played outside until it started getting chilly!
Thursday, after lunch with Daddy, we packed our Operation Christmas Child box. Jaden it's starting to understand the reason behind these boxes. I'm really proud of him for packing this box and asking questions to better understand why we do it.
Papa Joe came over and made foam penguins! That was pretty funny to watch!
Saturday was Teagan's 4th birthday party!
That afternoon, the boys made a fire on the patio. We roasted marshmallows and had a good time just relaxing!
While the guys went to get kabobs to cook for supper, Cora and I sat by the fire until it finally died out. My girl loves being outside as much as I do!
Sunday we had Jaden's baseball party at The Faucett Brothers park. He got his first trophy!
From there, we went to the Awana Grand Prix at church!
Monday we stayed home and had a lazy day
Nana came to visit and sit by the fire for a little bit
Papa Joe brought us a chiminea! We are having a great week outside!
The chef cooked corndogs and hotdogs over the open flame!
So peaceful
Love these sweet sugary fingers!
Watching Christmas movies with my girl!
Glad all my babies still love sitting in my lap!
How she usually wakes up!
Strep is no fun. But at least you get to eat chocolate ice cream for supper!
Cora's new face!
Can't believe Brad ALLOWED us to put the tree up before Thanksgiving this year! We all enjoyed putting the ornaments on together!
Checking on sister
My most favorite time of the year! A time to sit in front of the Christmas tree, wrapped in a blanket, watching The Holiday!
Daddy did a great job with the lights lights! We love them!
Sassy is half a year old! How can it be?! She's our favoritest girl in the world!
Her brothers love her to pieces!
On Monday, I had lunch with Tin Foil man and Mr. Napkin head!
We cut, decorated and devoured sugar cookies!
Cora's first time in the driving buggy! Anders took good care of her
These babies love each other so much!
Those bows...
We had a SURPRISE party for Brad's 30th birthday! I can't believe I kept it a secret! He loved it.
The boys made decorations for our Church thanksgiving meal!
Friday night was Levi's 3rd birthday!
Roll Tide!
Cora's first game! I think brad had a great 30th birthday!
Thanksgiving meal at church
After eating, we helped pack the OCC boxes into shipping boxes. So glad the boys were able to participate in this, this year.
Double date with Momma and Dad, seeing The Mocking Jay.
Tuesday we had so much fun playing with Liam, Elliott and Miss Amanda! They live in China now, and are home for the holidays. It was so great to hear about how they live and what they do every day.
During naps today, we made butter! We put heavy whipping cream in a jar and shook it for about 40 minutes, and then finally had to put it in the mixer to finish up because our arms were so tired. Jaden loved separating it from the milk.
If you make homemade butter, you have to make homemade bread! Jaden made it all by himself! Mmm it was so yummy!
Play day and Taco Casa with cousin Luke and Kate!
We now have a working fireplace! Yay!
Thanksgiving Day at Grandmomma Moorer's house!
Then on to more fun at the Crow's Thanksgiving!
We love it when Daddy doesn't have to go to work! We went to see Big Hero 6 at the Big Movies!
Supper at Tokyo!
Then painting at All Fired Up!
We made a Gingerbread village this year! Everybody got to make their own, so everybody was happy!
I'm never buying toys again. Big boxes will do just fine! :)
Boop Boop came over and helped take a Christmas card photo for us.
Cora and I watched the Iron Bowl! She almost made it to the end. Silly girl
We started a new tradition this year! Opening our first Christmas present on November 30. A set of Christmas PJ's, hot chocolate, popcorn and a movie! This year it was Mickey's Twice Upon A Christmas
And of course had to take a picture (or 2) in our new PJ's!
November was another fun month for us. Can't wait for our first Christmas with THREE children!
