Moved!!

Well we've lived in our new home for a month now! We ABSOLUTELY love it. The boys are so excited about everything and Brad and I just plan on staying here forever! There's still more decorating and touching up to be done, but I think there will always be something more to do!

August

August 2nd, we moved into our new house! We ate City Cafe for breakfast and the movers were at our house at 7:30! I highly recommend Southern Movers, they were very efficient and very nice. By 12, they were gone. Completely done unloading everything! It was a great experience, although I NEVER plan to move again!

Saturday morning Jaden picked breakfast! We had waffles, Oreos and Cheezits.
As of now, no food is allowed past the kitchen. They know how far they can go, without actually being in the living room!
We didn't have a hall in our old house, so the boys are LOVING the one here! There are CARS everywhere!! I love that they love our new home!
First bath!!

Sunday, after church, the boys were playing and our wonderful neighbor brought us a homemade chocolate cake! I think we made a smart move! :)
The move has finally caught up to Jaden, he never takes a nap anymore..

Monday was breakfast on the floor, until Anders stepped in his bowl...
We went to the bank, and got blue suckers!
While Anders took a nap, Jaden rode his tractor all over the "farm". We have so much ROOM here!!
Mr. Byron helped Brad put in a new front door! Can't wait to paint it now!
One thing we forgot to do, was put child locks on the kitchen doors... Needless to say, I've had a lot of exercise here! :)
Hulk and Thor came to help unload (or tear up) boxes!

Nana Fagan came into town, so we had our first home cooked meal in her honor!

Jaden is a great help with his brother!

I've always wanted a carport to park in! LOVING it with all the rain!

Thursday we went to the movies with some NBC folks. Cora and Jaden made it a date!

Bama Bounders Day!

Hot afternoon outside on the tractor

Tuesday we went to the pool with Nana and Spencer!

First time to Steel City Pops! The boys both ate a whole popsicle each!

Anders wanted to see what the potty was all about!

Jaden sometimes does Pilates with me :)

Papa Joe came over and pulled up our overgrown shrubs so that we can plant new ones. Jaden was a big help, carrying big sticks to the road on his tractor!

We went to the pool with Cora and Hudson! They had so much fun!

Thursday night, we had our annual farmers meeting. The boys were proud of their "Farming Feeds Alabama" shirts!

Friday we went to the pool with Mimi. It was the last day if summer (but not for us!)

We went to Uncle Bryan and Aunt Weezie's house and played with her niece and nephews while Brad helped tear out their pool. The kids had so much fun together!

Jaden watched an app on my phone, and taught himself how to use chopsticks! Fast learner here!

First movie and pizza night in the new house!! (See how long "no food past the kitchen" lasted?!)

While everyone else was starting school, we went to Sweet CeCe's and ate ice cream!!

Papa Joe brought a tire swing from the farm! We love it so much! I've always wanted a tire swing at my house!

Our old neighborhood friends came to play! We love the Batens!

Boop Boop is out favorite!

We went to Air Walk with Mimi!! It was so much fun!

That night, was the kick off for Wednesday nights at our church! We are so excited about this year! I will be teaching Jaden's Mission Friends class!

Spencer and Parker spent the night with us the week after spencer started school! It was the first time for Parker and he did great! They loved playing baseball with Crimson!

I caught Jaden and Spencer "shaving their sharp things off" in the bathroom!

They have so much fun together! Even Anders hung in there with them!

Bryson and Ava came to play the day before Jaden preschool!

Last minute celebratory meal at Tokyo! We celebrated Jaden starting preschool and his 4th birthday!

I don't know if Jaden was more excited about taking his new backpack to school, or actually going to school! He was still wearing it when I left his classroom!

Jaden loves his teachers- Mrs Leslie (pictured) and Mrs. Liz, who also had jaden in bed babies in the church nursery. We are excited about this school year!

After Pops and Daddy brought the fort home, Mimi and Pops stayed for breakfast supper!

Jaden is loving school! He was the leader on the second day!

On the 29th, we went with Pops and Mimi to see Francesca Battistelli and Casting Crowns. It was an awesome concert!

On the 30th, we got a new kitty! Meet Tiny!!

The first Alabama football game!! Alabama won 35-10

Nana and Papa Joe came over to watch the game, but other things seemed to happen too! Swinging with Tiny Cat, playing with stickers, and spilling a whole bag of Fritos on the couch (who knew they were SO greasy?!)

August has been a great month. God has blessed us, yet again! On to September!
