To get momma to the church...
I told her that we were going to The Bright Star for our birthdays!! But I was working at the church on some stuff for VBS, and I locked my keys in the car, and needed her to come pick me up and take me home to get my keys! (Which was totally believable because I had just locked my keys in my car last week!) So when she, may dad and grandmother got to the church, I went out to the car and told them to come in real quick and see what I was working on... When she opened the door, the lights were off and everybody yelled SURPRISE!!! And she stepped back out the door! She didn't know what to do! I had to nudge her in, and turn the lights on for her to see everybody!
It was just perfect! What I was hoping would happen! She was so surprised!
Dad and Matt
Brad's the best husband ever.
He grilled 50 hamburgers and hotdogs when he got home from work, to go along with the chips and cupcakes
Momma and her stretch class ladies.
Jamie (their teacher) was gracious enough to take all of these pictures for me, so she wasn't in any. :(
Me, Ava, Nana Fagan and Charlie
Momma was loving this!
MeMaw and Anders
Finally everybody fixed a plate!
Jaden and Karragan
Spencer had a game -that we thought was going to be rained out- so Scott's family came late, but still he enjoyed him a cupcake! And his team won!!
Jaden, Nana, Teagy and Kare
I love these pictures. Momma was so thankful for this party. I don't see how we all kept it a secret for so long! I'm a terrible liar, so I just didn't talk to her a lot the past couple of days!!
I hope I'm at least half the woman/momma/daughter/wife/friend she is
The Kids
The whole family!
A big thank you to Marsha for helping me all day! Asheley for picking up the cupcakes and decorations! Eric and Scott for the clean up! And for Nana Fagan making the 2 hour trip here! I don't think I could have pulled it off without them. Marsha saved the day again at 5:50 when the church was LOCKED and we couldn't get in to set the food and decorations out! She was able to get the key and let us in to finish up! And thank you to everybody who arrived early to help us! I was a TINY bit panicked, but everybody pitched in and it was perfect! Those are great friends who come to party and immediately start helping set up when they walk in! Thank you Jamie for taking these great pictures! You captured everything!
Thank you everybody who came to show my momma how much they love her!
