Getting cupcakes ready for the party!
After trying to have Cora's party at the school playground, and it raining, we ended up celebrating at our house, in the carport. It was a great party! Cora had a blast eating her cake and opening presents.
Everyone WAS wearing pink...I was so frantic with trying to set up so fast, that I didn't notice the boys were wearing their costumes. In the end, it turned out better because the boys were enjoying having everyone over, and being the superheroes that they are. :)
Cora needed a little help blowing out her candle. Who better to help than Iron Man and Mr. Incredible?!
She loved her cake! (I made Nana Fagan's homemade icing. I missed her so much not being there. She would have given Cora a run for her money with that cake!)
Sweet sweet girl. So glad God has allowed her to be our princess.
She loved trying to give everybody some cake!
All of the grandkids!
Anders had to be in the picture with Cousin Rhett! They're big buddies!
Today is Ava's birthday too! I hate I didn't get their picture made together.
After like 15 takes, we finally got a good picture with Boop Boop! ;)
DDaddy wanted some cake!
The talented Weezie Crow made this adorable sign for Cora!
The sugar is kicking in!!
Sweet Aunt Margaret
I could not have made it through this party without my parents and Brad's parents. They brought tables, chairs, balloons, chips... pretty much everything! It's great to have so much family close by!
Pops got a little TOO close!
Sneaky sneaky Uncle Scott...
I love the sight of a yard full of kids having fun and playing together. Makes my heart smile.
Memaw was so sweet to let us borrow tables and chairs and a cupcake pan or two for this party.
We love living close!
There's no telling what Pops is telling her...
Cora AND the highchair got a bath after that smashcake!
Opening presents!!
I think she's genuinely excited about having her own girly toys! No more racecars and action figures!
After her party! We went to watch Jaden play baseball, and then to Ava's birthday party. These babies were whooped.
We thank God every day for our kids. He has given us the ability to care for our three gifts and we try always, to be the best leaders we can be.
Cora was our best present in 2014.
Happy Birthday Cora!
We love you!
